The error message "Memory Access Violation" is displayed while printing any report or document from Tally.ERP 9

Delete the printer driver and re install the same to avoid the error message from being displayed. While printing any report or a document, click on Print > Select Printer > select the correct printer driver from the list of drivers installed > define the correct paper size and continue printing.

In case the problem persists, reinstall Tally.ERP 9 and check.

In case the difficulty still persists, it could be due to data corruption (very rare possibility). You can rewrite the data by pressing Ctrl+Alt+R in the Company Info screen. The 'Rewrite company' screen is displayed. From the List of Company screen, select the company against which the error message appears while printing. The screen 'Rewrite Yes or No’ is displayed. Select the option ‘Yes’ and continue.

In case the problem persists, please send an E-mail to support@tallyworld.com
